I took this class as an online course. In the end, I did not understand any of the material in the class. It was boring and confusing. The class consisted of a midterm and final. Each week we also had to do outlines. The midterm was extermely difficult, but the midterm was eaiser.

I had this class online.
It is based upon all of your notes that are from the book. Each week you are assigned a chapter. You are expected to complete a detailed outline of the chapter and post it on blackboard, recieving a grade out of 5 points. You do this throughout the entire semester. There is a midterm and final exam. The midterm exam so far has come from questions straight from the book...it was kinda a rough one.
Overall, I would not recommend this class to a person who is just wanting to get a psychology minor just b/c..if you do not care about how organizations choose the tests they administer among their employees....then I would not recommend this class.
not to hard..just not too interesting( my personal opinion)

I took this course online and it turned out to be a good web-based course. There are two tests and a few assignments. There is a lot of reading to keep up with, but he posts the reading assignments well in advance. He was a real fair teacher and communicated well with students. His powerpoint outlines of the chapters are helpful. Try this if you need a psy. course.

I took this as a web-based course … so it requires a lot of work. He provides PowerPoint slides to make it managable and required about 6 or 7 assignments. There were two exams that covered about 6 chapters each – so it was a lot of material, but the tests were fair and he threw out some questions.
I would recommend the class highly but don’t take it if you do not have time to read the material. The only other bad thing is that you have to contact him mostly using email … again, it is web-based.
He did help me when I got behind due to personal reasons when some of my other teachers didn’t seem to care.
