As a professor, she is not the greatest. If you are good at math, you will feel like she is going at a painstakingly slow pace. She is easily confused and relies to heavily on the notes that she brings to class. However, the structure of the class, Differential Equations in particular is very simplistic. She teaches you the methods to solve a certain type of differential equation, and then she breaks it up into parts where you solve it a few problems on a quiz or test. I would suggest doing the homework she assigns because she collects it sometimes. But if you want to learn the material, you'll learn it. If you are an engineer who is required to take the class for your degree, then you'll hate every second of it and you'll need to study a lot more too.

This professor is the worst math teacher I have ever had. Up until this class I have never had difficulty in math. I am an engineering major and I have made it through every math course required with very little effort or attendance. This professor speaks broken english, and has trouble understanding what you are saying when you ask questions. She refuses to do problems on the board and instead talks about the theory of each section and leaves you to learn everything on your own.

In closing do not take this professor unless you want to learn the entire subject on your own. Very little teaching occurs.
