Dr. Reagan Brown is a phenomenal professor. He explains difficult material in a way that is easy to comprehend. I love going to his class because he is so passionate about teaching us and he makes it fun with his endless corny jokes. This is the only class I have this semester that is not completely stressing me out. On tests you are able to use the front and back of an index card, the biggest you can find. As long as you attend class and pay attention you will have no problem in this course.

Taking this class with Dr. Brown is probably the least painful way to get through the class. There is a textbook, but it's free since he has written it just for his class. The text is sent to you in a pdf file and it super simple to read and understand the concepts he discusses in the text.
There were four exams including a final that was non-cumulative. The test structure is 15 to 20 multiple choice, and a dozen short answer questions. There is usually a curve on each test in addition to extra credit as part of a review game prior to each test. Grades come from the tests and a project that is super easy and takes around two hours to complete the whole thing. You develop a measure and assess reliability and validity using SPSS and you write a short 2-3-page paper that is almost entirely written for you and you just plug in your own data.
Dr. Brown's teaching style is loaded with dry humor and amusing anecdotes from his life. The material is pretty boring, but overall if you really psychology this shouldn't be too bad. He prints of copies of his lecture powerpoints, so notetaking isn't too bad. I highly recommend taking this class with Dr. Brown as it was as he often says "Good times."

Dr. Brown is a cool dude. In his syllabus he said the tests were hard. They are!!! You HAVE to study thoroughly unless you just get this stuff. He does curve the test grades and there are extra credit/point oppurtunities. He loves to tell stories and he's goofy. The class is over my head but he was at least entertaining. The final paper wasn't as hard as I thought it would be either. He gives us a chance to turn it in multiple times before the final day.

This guy is great. His tests are the most fair that I've ever receieved even if they are difficult. He makes you want to know the material. You even play a game before you take the exam to help you remember. Lots of notes, lots of work but fun because he is very funny. Good intelligent humor.

This class sucks so bad but Reagan makes it fun by being a total smartass. He always has something funny to say. I found my self actually looking forward to class just to hear what little Zach and Conner have done next.

Brown is a good teahcer. He realizes that the subject can be very boring and tries to inject his smartass comments and interesting factoids to capitivate the attention. The tests are moderately difficult but well constructed and fair. He tries to give a typed-out outline of the Powerpoint presentation he gives everyday, which makes it easier to follow along. I would definitely recommend taking courses from this professor.
