Michelle is a great teacher! She makes the workout fun and worth going to! Show up...that's all you have to do to get an "A". She allows you to do as much extra credit as you want. Her tests are really simple...basically just asking your opinion about exercise and your favorite part of it. The final was a 2 page paper on how exercise effects society. EASY CLASS>>TAKE IT!!! You'll be able to get up the hill better (haha)

If you want a good, fun, hard workout...take this class. You don't do any dancing -- its a mixture of all types of working out. Loved it. She's young and in great shape

During the semester the main workouts we did were Butts and Guts, Yoga, Toning, Cycling, and Kickboxing. She is a really nice person and if you miss a class you can go to others to make up the time you missed. Our final exam was a scavenger hunt around the Preston Center.
