This class required two individual speeches and one group speech which he grades fairly. Mr. Blackburn uses PowerPoint slides during class and breezes through them, so to do well on the tests, you must read the chapters. They are pulled from a test bank and are mostly multiple choice with some true and false. He doesn't video tape the speeches like some other instructors do and he always lets class out early.
