This professor is different. She knows the material but gets herself confused sometimes when discussing it. Take notes but it's also easy to highlight in the book. Study all of the chapter because she tests on everything not just her notes. She is picky about the projects she asks you to do. All of her tests are multiple choice with one essay and a few fill in the blanks thrown in. Over all this class isn't that bad. She does expect you to be in class every meeting though.

This was an ok class. The tests weren't always easy, and when we all bombed she would give us oppertunities to improve the grade. She had a tendency to lose the papers you handed in and I swear I don't believe she knew what she was talking about most of the time. I would have felt as if I were actually learning something if she would have made sense when she taught. Instead, she was corrected by her student more often than not. She's very nice but I'd suggest another teacher for this class.

This class is not so bad, its just her. The text is interesting, and could be a great learning experience, but she kills it. First of all, she is extremely boring and can not stay on the subject that she is teaching. She makes analogies that make absolutely no sense. Her tests are horrible. No matter how much you study, it is almost impossible to do well. For example, our class average for the first test was 60%. I would not advise anyone to take this course with her.
