She's a good teacher, but if you ask her to re-explain stuff, she just goes over it really, really quick again, and that really did nothing for me. If I didn't get it the first time when she was going over it at a slow pace, then the second time 10X faster doesn't help me.
Do not buy the book, it was useless for me. She assigns homework in the book that she never takes up. I never even opened the thing the entire semester, and I hardly got any money back for the thing. And the stupid clicker you pay 30 bucks for was useless as well.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick is a wonderful teacher. She is always pleasant and understanding. She is very good at explaining math concepts. She will give you longer on homework than she says she will, but I think that's just because she understands that a lot of people have a hard time with math. Her tests are over exactly what you learned in class, there are never any surprises. You have homework online through MyMathLab, but you don't have to do any book work if you don't want to. All in all it is a very good class.

This course was taught in 4 modules. You must pass each module before going on to the next. Homework, Quizes & Test are all done on the computer. Homework you can do as many times as you like to get a better grade. Quizes you have 2 tries at. On the test if you pass them you can still retake them to raise your grade up until time to take the next test, if you fail the test you keep taking it until you pass.
I really enjoyed taking the class. If you work hard there is no reason you can't get an "A" out of this class. Mrs. Fitzpatrick is a very helpful teacher. She will work with you until you understand.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick is the best 211 teacher I had. I took this class 3 times and she was the best teacher out of all of them. She is patient and nice. She works well with her students and answers emails and calls quickly. If you are on main campus and willing to drive to glasgow..do it because she is worth it!

She is a wonderful teacher. She is very encouraging and is very willing to meet and help any student who would like this. She knows what she is talking about and is very nice. She does require a lot of busy work though. Overall she is a great teacher.

I am definately not Math minded. I had to retake this course because I made a D. I made sure I also had her the second time. She is very patient and open minded. She does not make you feel stupid and is very encouraging. She makes herself very available to students who want help. I'd take her again in a heartbeat.

I'm decent in math but this was the hardest math class I've ever taken. She dismally explains things and moves on quickly. She tries to help but can sometimes overlook what you are asking when you do not understand. I got a C in there and was thrilled. But from what I hear, she's one of the best that there are to take this class with.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick is the most understanding teacher I have ever had! She is an excellent teacher and offers extra help before EVERY class if you need it! I don't know many professors who do this. She teaches at a level that everyone can understand and she offers a study guide before every test! You have to take 12 quizes, but the lowest two are dropped. Overall, I think she is wonderful and I plan to take her in my other math courses!

This is the worst teacher that I have ever had. She will basically tell you that you are stupid because you're in her class. I had a 4.0 all through high school, yeah I wasn't that good at math, but I'm not stupid and she shouldn't have treated me and the rest of the class like we were. You will just about fall asleep in this class and she drags everything out and she IS NOT a good teacher. I wouldn't recommend taking this class.

I am not a math minded person. It just doesn't come easy for me.
She is very, very helpful to those who care to ask for help. She does a excellent job putting it on a level for you to comprehend. It is important to her for you to do well in her class. I plan to take her again in the next level of math.
