Kim was an absolutely amazing professor. Her classroom environment was always very open and comfortable. She is pretty liberal and does speaks her mind, but she listens to everyone. One large essay tag the end, 10 pages, but she builds you up to it. She was overall great!!!

i love this class, and mrs. reynolds. even though i don't really like reading she makes the reading fun, and makes you want to do it. she grades hard on the essays but the exams are not to bad because she gives you a study guide and she goes over what is on the exam before you take it. take her for english 200.....if you can get in. her class fills up fast.

She is VERY liberal. She will say whatever comes to her mind, and in doing so has offended me on more then one occasion. Specifically concerning religion. She is absolutely crazy when it comes to grading your essays. I've never seen someone love the comma as much as this woman. This being said, im sure she isnt the worst ENG 200 professor you can take, but definitely not the best either

She was cool. Very funny and interesting. She is kind of crazy but we like her. She puts her heart into teaching this class. Very tough on assignments but she works with you if you need help with your papers.

Best english class I've had at Western!!! No tests, but some notes, one quiz and a bunch of assignments that work you up for the big research paper. She is very helpful with your writing, she helped me with my paper. She is easy to get along with if you come to class and do the work. Take her class!

TAKE THIS CLASS! Kim is a wonderful teacher, and is easy to learn from. You basically come to class and sit in a circle and talk about your reading assignments. Attendance is very important, if you miss 4 times for a TR class then 10 points is taken off your final grade. She is very liberal and lets you know her opinions, so if you are a bit conservative she probably will offend you at times. She loves to curse a lot and talk about taboo things and is very relaxed about class... so she is definitely the teacher you want to take for eng 200!

She is very liberal, will speak her mind. She cusses a lot in class. She doesnt have a filter, she insulted me a few times and thats why i do not reccomend her as a teacher... She trys to be "buddy buddy" with the students. On my first paper in there i got a 69. that was my very first D on a paper in college... She is a very hard grader. But i mean if you like this kind of teacher, then go a head and take her.

Insanely liberal, she is a joke of a teacher, the only reason undergrads like her is because there are no tests and she acts like a hippie who is all "buddy buddy" with her students... thats all fine if you just want an easy class other than the long essays, but if you are an english major or want to be well preped for future writing she is useless. If you vote republican, stay away because she promotes her socialist liberal views constantly.

I hate english but professor Reynolds makes it fun. She is helpful but kind of grades you hard. You do alot of short writings in the beggining that build up to a big paper at the end. She helped me with my research and explains stuff in a easy way. No tests. She sometimes gives a quiz. You will like this class and learn alot.

Kim is nice and enthusiastic, but I find her annoying. Her voice is too loud and she is VERY repetitive. She just talks about in-text citations and basic writing stuff over and over and over.

That being said, you can skip class A LOT!

AND, she doesn't do tests. It's just some writing assignments, one bigger paper near the end. Pretty easy, you just have to work hard on the big 7 page paper.

Ms. Reynolds is one of best teachers I had thus far at Western, English100 was very enjoyable. We did not have a real final we made a newspaper in small groups each person did an article. There was assigned readings and sometimes she'd do a 5 question quiz over the reading. Never any tests.

Your grade was based on attendance and the papers she assigned. (papers are CAKE)

She doesn't believe in testing really so you will only have a couple of quizzes, but don't worry she gives you a big heads up way before you take them so you have plenty of time to study. You mainly will just write papers but the papers are not that long in length. She takes it pretty easy on you considering that other teachers make you write 15 page papers! She goes over everything you need to know and is always available to help if you need her. If YOU don't take her class you will be SORRY. She is the best prof I ever had here at Western and she will crack you up. She is very funny and you will have lots of fun in her class. TAKE HER! If you registered for any other english 100 class I suggest to go drop it right now and register for hers. Ms. Reynolds is the best english teacher ever. She listens to all your ideas and lets you write about whatever you're passionate about. She doesnt believe in tests but she did give a couple quizzes. The whole semester we wrote 4 papers and our final was a business letter. She is also very open minded and an entertaining instructor.

Ms. Kim Reynolds is one of the best professor that you would be happy to get through out your college year. She is nice, negotiable and really understands you. Just don't try to go against her, do what your are ask to do, submit your paper on time and you'll be heading for an A. She will give you a lot of opportunity for extra credit.
