I took this course during the summer so we covered a chapter a day. There was an essay due everynight and a project due every Friday. He was very flexible with the time constraints. He understood we were all very busy with other classes and work. As long as you communicate with him, he will work with you. He feels very strongly about his course of study and loves what he teaches. You will be busy in this class, but you will learn so much by then end. TAKE PRPFESSOR COPAS!

Mr. Copas is an excellent teacher. He's very passionate about this subject and expects a lot from his students. During class he tends to call people out and ask them questions, but nothing too terrible.

The midterm and final are take home, but a little time consuming, so don't wait until the last minute. Attendance is very important in this class because there are always in-class activities. I know some people who took this class online and said it was really difficult. I would highly recommend taking it on campus. Mr. Copas is amazing and you will learn much more from him this way.

Mr. Copas is quite helpful and VERY encouraging. Since I took this as an online class, he'd send each student an e-mail after each weekly assignment and give feedback. He really expects quality work that you can use as a regular ed teacher, not just remember what IDEA is.

Dr Copas is an awesome teacher. He is always ready for class and is excited to teach it!! His class is really easy. You have weekly assignments to turn in, and the mid-term is essay form, and it is take home. It can be really long, and I suggest you begin doing it when you get it. You also have to go to the library for this class. It was not that bad, every so often you would have to do a journal for what you are discussing in the class, but those are cake. The final is alos take home, and it is also essay form. This class was a piece of cake. Dr. Copas was a nice guy, I suggest you take him!!

Wonderful teacher. He will spoil you. He is comical and laid back. If you have the opportunity to take him, DO IT! He spoiled us so bad that we hate the English teacher we have this semester. He wants everyone to pass his class with flying colors, but he makes it easy.

I loved this class. At first I thought that it was going to be horrible but Mr Copas makes it all worth while. He expects alot from his students, but he, in return gives alot. He likes to call out people in class, which I at first thought was horrible but he makes you comfortable. He knows LOTS about the subject and tells funny stories. He is very reasonable and friendly. I would recommend him to ANYONE!!! He is great

Copas was an alright teacher. He expected you to do the work. The was a one page paper due every class on the chapter. He says he doesn't accept late work but if you have a good reason for it being late he will. If you don't he'll still take it but it's a letter grade off. As long as you have the book and skim the chapters and then really buckle down and study for the midterm and final he'll be easy on you. He says that as long as he sees you trying thats all that matters.

Dr. Copas is a well-organized and interesting teacher. This class holds a lot of work, but he is fair about deadlines and gives advance notice to any work that is due! He provides study guides for the test and is willing to help as much as possible! He was a wonderful professor and I hope to take him again in later classes! I highly recommend him as a professor, but if you don't like work, DON"T take this class!

The basis of the course is pretty simple. But you have to go to class, and he will not accept late work. The major portion of your grade comes from a series of papers. Turn them in on time....otherwise you won't do well. Since it is a one night a week class he expects you to go. He lets out early pretty often.

mr copas is a wonderful teacher. He is always willing to help his students and always entertains us with the humorous stories of his teaching career. He made my 3 hour night class feel like thirty minutes. I loved this class even though it was so long.
