Dr. Phillips is very helpful and she is fun teacher. She makes the class as interesting as possible, and the the notes are all on power point so you can print them off before class and fill them in, so although there are a lot, you dont write too much. She reviews what will be on each test also!

This was an easy class, but really boring. Dr. Phillips is a really nice lady, but she just lectures straight off the powerpoints for what seems like forever. The tests can be fairly difficult because there are a lot of short answer/essay questions with multiple parts to each. We had to write a 10 page paper which was way too long for what the topic was, and there was also a group project due the week before the final. This class was just OK, again, overall really boring.

If you want a good and fun teacher then Ms. Phillips is the one. She gives lecture notes on her site which we printed off before class. Minimal amounts of notes are needed b/c of the print-outs. She likes to teach w/o authority (as long as you pay attention) and you can make a comment whenever you wish, even if she's in the middle of a lecture. We had to type up a paper no less than 3 pages and also had a group project that not even everybody in the groups had to speak. Overall she's a great teacher and if you like to discuss topics in class, this is a great one to do it in.
