This woman was positively the worst professor I've ever had in my life. She can't keep up with the students' work! She loses EVERYTHING, and if she does happen to keep up with one of your essays, it will take her BEYOND forever to grade it! She's forgetful, slightly eccentric, and just downright rude sometimes. She never explains anything, either. She simply gives you vague and unhelpful instructions and just expects you to know what she's talking about. On top of being the most scatter-brained person I've ever met, she also has an heir about her that puts off the entire class and makes them afraid to ask questions. I hated everything about this professor, and I am glad to be rid of her.

I had an A all semester in this class and the last paper I turned in was a B and that turned my entire grade into a B. One girl I had in my class had an F at the end of the semester because she lost all her papers and never put them in the computer, after she found them it turned into a B. I would NOT reccomend her.

This class should not be as hard as it was. She is beyond scatter-brained. She goes off on wild tangents about nothing for three hours and neglects to tell the students what their actual assignment is. The day you bring in your draft is the day she informs you how she wants it done. Worst yet, most everyone has to write in APA style, and she will admit that she know NOTHING about it. She is confusing and uninformative. DON'T TAKE HER!!

I liked Mrs. Hatchett but she is kinda scatter brained at times. She doesn't explain her assignments well. She will give you grammar worksheets all semester long and tell you when the grades get better on them she's going to test you but she never does. She likes to talk alot about stuff that has nothing to do with the class. She grades her papers pretty easily for an english professor. She will also give you a chance to correct the first paper. She will edit and let you make changes on the other papers too but only if you turn them in like a week or two early. She doesn't give any tests your only assignments are readings in the book and papers. You will definately need the quick reference guide she tells you to buy and this is a book I would keep not sell back because you will use it in many other classes as well!
