THIS CLASS WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! It was imposible... I spent the entire semester trying to survive this course... Because I spent so much time studying for his tests, I ended up getting lower grades in my other classes that should have been easy A's. I have never been in a class so awful. Unless you are just completely gifted in this subject, I would definetely recommend that you take an easier professor because Brown is insanely hard. He grades impossibly hard too... I would know my notes backward and forward and I would still do poorly ont he test. I am talking, I would study at least an hour every night and I still got a C. I worked harder for that C than I have ever worked for a grade before. DO NOT TAKE BROWN FOR THIS COURSE. YOU WILL DEFINETELY REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

Mrs. Brown was actually my clinical instructor and was extremely helpful for clinical and class. She is a really sweet person and came to see us at every clinical. She was down to earth and easy to talk to.

I took this as a night class and enjoyed it. There really isn't any homework other than reading. Most all of the work was done in class. Overall, I liked Mr. Browning and would definitely consider taking him for another class.

Mr. Browning is a great English 100 teacher. He seems VERY boring the first class meeting but he rarely lectures. I took it as a night class so I only went one night a week. I never had the stay the whole time and all of our papers were written in class. There were no tests, but we did have a few vocab quizzes and quizzes over a book we read. The book was a great book (and I rarely get into books assigned for classes). He grades papers fairly average and as long as you do well on the quizzes and in class assignments you will come out with a good grade. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Brown is one of the most entertaining and insightful profesors I've ever had. There is alot of notes and he will give your college money's worth by keeping you the entire length of the class, but the class is far from boring! If you are a history buff, you will definetly enjoy and appreciate his class. If you resent history, he will give you a new found appreciation for the subject. If you want to have a great professor, look no further.

Prof. Browning is awesome!! I took his class in the summer and he let us out early every time that we met. We had to do several in class writings, but they were not hard. Our research paper had to be 10 pages, but we only had to turn in a rough draft, so it was not bad at all. There were no quizzes or tests in this course. I would take him if you struggle in english or if you want an easy english 300 class!!

This was taken as a night course. Quizzes were over vocabulary or chapters of a mandatory novel. Essays were written every week but they were not bad. He gives time in class for all assignments except the reading assignments. We got out early every night. He is a little boring at times but he is really laid back.

I really enjoyed Mr. Brown's class. I'm not a history person but he made it enjoyable and I had a good time. I didn't get a good grade, but that's just because I'm not a history person. If you enjoy history, you will do fine. He is a great professor!

Mr. Brown is a great teacher. He is very entertaining and doesn't let the class get boring , which can happen in a History class. There are a lot of notes, but the tests are very straight forward and easy to take.

This class is an easy A as long as you do the work. I took him for Monday night class and he's very nice. Can't miss very many classes because you will fall behind but if you have a really good reason he tries to understand and help you out. The papers aren't hard to write but his grading is a bit tough. I plan on taking him for 200. He's a great teacher.

I LOVED this class!! Mr. Browning is a great teacher. You have two unit tests and an optional final as well as a ten minute presentation (which sounds horrible, but it's not bad at all). He makes the class interesting and fun and you will look forward to going. I took him for a nightclass and we never went over an hour and a half. I would certainly take him again!

Professor Brown, is very hard. He lets you drop your lowest test grade only if you are there every single day. His test are either all essay or essay and mulitple choice. He grades really hard also. He is funny and tries to make class fun. He is a very good professor, if you do your work and study REAL hard for the test then yoo might get lucky and get an A or a B if not then you are in big trouble!

Mr. Browning is a great professor. There are about 5 or 6 papers that you have to write in his class, but they are easy. He doesn't have any tests only quizes. Quizes come from a book that he picks for the students to read. It is usually "Daisy Fay and the Miracle Man" and it is a great book. STRONGLY RECOMENDED!

This class was great but only because of Prof. B. We had no major tests, more like a lot of little quizes. All of them were easy. We only had to read one book and never had to stay in class the whole time, not once! Attendence is a yes but if you want a fun and easy class, I would advise you to take him. We did have several papers to write but all except one was written in class. That's what we did a lot of nights, just write a paper. TAKE PROF. B!!!

He was a good teacher, and is willing to make sure that every student passes his class. He did not require any strenuous amounts of homework to be done while in his class, so the class is not difficult. You watch movies, and he canceled class quite a few times. Obviously, if you don't do his homework, you're not getting an "A". I would most definately recommend him for English 100.

This guy is great. I hate english, but he made the class tolerable. Wrote several papers in class, then the second half of the class was spent working towards the final, a 10 page research paper. He never kept us the whole time, and cancelled class some too. Definitely take Browning!

He is kind of weird, but very easy. He teaches so that everyone has the opportunity to earn an A, all you have to do is do the work and turn it in on time and you should have no problem. I had him in summer school, and there were no test just one research paper, and a few short essays about Cinderella.

Mr. Brown is a very good teacher. This is such an easy class. If you read the material at all then you will make 100 on all the quizzes. He gives quizzes over all the reading but it is ten questions and they are true/false. His tests are cut and paste from the quizzes and he gives you the essay answers in class. The final is optional. Take this class.

I have had Mr. Browning for English 100 and 200 and I plan on taking him for English 300 if possible. He is a really good teacher. You have to read alot because you have quizes over the reading but they are true or false and very easy. Exams are also easy. You will love this class. TAKE MR. BROWNING!

Prof. Browning's class is great. It's really easy, but you learn too. If you don't mind reading, this is a great class for you. He assigns something small to read every class, and the next class you have a short true/false quiz. Occasionally you'll have an in class writing assignment, but they're easy. Exams consist of multipe choice vocabulary words and a few short essays he tells you about before hand. He often lets class out early, and you have very few notes if any. However he's really picky about attendance, he expects it to be an emergency or Dr.s appt when you miss class. So as long as you can show up and read you'll love this class. It's easy.
