This class is sooooo much fun!!!! its so interesting to learn about the differences in communication between men and women and professor Lewis is awesome!!! shes young and fun and can relate to us. She really makes the class interesting by switching up what we do everyday. Attendance IS required BUT you can miss up to a total of 6 classes...that's two weeks worth..so its pretty legit! you will love it!!!

TAKE THIS COURSE! TAKE THIS COURSE! TAKE THIS COURSE! the class is very interesting, and if you're a guy, you'll love it! we have 30 pple in the class; 6 are guys. you do the math. Dr. Lewis is EXTREMELY FAIR! she allows you to miss 8 classes w/o repercussions. the exams are self explanatory; if you study, you'll do great. there's only 2 exams and a project; nothing to stress about I promise. the rest of your grade will come from journal entries and responses; also very easy. I go in there every class, joke around, have fun, take a note or 2, and get A's; u can 2. tell Dr. Lewis she's a "beautiful Latina" & she'll give u extra credit (that's not true! haha. have fun)

First off, this is definitely the class to take if you want an E-A-S-Y 'A'. It's almost a joke, really: just come to class, pretend to be interested in her and you are good to go! She cancels class a lot too, so don't be worried about it taking up too much of your time.

This course is all papers. No test. She acts like you have to take notes but i just pretended I was all semester. They just go over tips and pointers, which most I already knew, and are not needed. But the final is a group paper due on finals week. but super easy course and real nice teacher!

This class was pretty easy besides the fact that Dr. Lewis plays favorites with her students. If you don't suck up to her, she will murder you on your speeches. There are only 2 tests, each at worth 25 points; these 2 tests are the midterm and the final. There are a few ways to get extra credit in her class which is the only way that I made an A in here. So, if you're up for becoming teacher's pet, take her. Otherwise, don't waste your time with this psycho.

Dr. Lewis is a very good teacher. She is a bit strict but as long as you are being a good student she will be a great teacher. The text is useful for the 2 exams which are worth, when added together, to a speech. There are about 4 speeches through the class. None of them are hard to do but it can be a little stressful. She grades fair but is not a push over.

This class was fun! Dr. Lewis is an amazing person! The speeches weren't that difficult and the peer reviews helped. You get a total of 150 points by just completing all the peer reviews! She's not a harsh grader if you follow the guidelines she set for the speech. Most of the time you get out of class early and don't have class on some Fridays! She's great! Take this class when you're talking alot of other difficult classes because its low maintenance.

Dr. Lewis is terrific! There were no tests, 2 minor speeches, 3 major speeches, and 2 speech analyses. It's all manuscript, you don't deliver the speeches you write. She let us out of class early all the time and we still got everything done we needed to get done. The final is your last speech, a Speech of Advocacy. Take Dr. Lewis. She is easy, fun, and she really can relate to her students because she's fresh out of graduate school. The extra credit we got was for participating in her study she was conducting. She's one of the best in the Communication Department.

Jenifer is GREAT! No tests, 2 minor speeches, 3 major speeches and a few analysis here and there. Overall great class. The T/TR class I'm in now only stays in class for less than half the time. We are out at least an hour early everyday. She is great, young and vibrant. She is very understanding and gives reasonable assignments and reasonable amounts of time to complete the assignments. She's great!!!

This class was very easy. Before every test, you received a study guide of the material that was to be covered. I am a horrible public speaker, but as long as you showed improvement then you got a good grade. She was a very nice prof and worked well if you needed to change topics. I definately recommed her.

This teacher was awesome! She is very invovled with her students and makes public speaking very fun. She does not make you feel nervous on speaking days and always tries her best to help when you have a problem. You should take her if you have to take this class. You will need the book because you do have to look up information from the text. Tests are all multiple choice and every easy, there is a study guide with each test.

Easy class but it's a total joke. Lewis doesn't teach anything. It was a night class that met once a week and she would call class off for cowboys games. She didn't care about teaching at all. Definite A if you write average speeches and pointless long outlines. Every speech is restricted to a certain format that I don't think even she understands. I did my speeches before class and the outlines too. 2 hours max each to prepare for 4 speeches. Test are easy and she tells you exactly what is on it. I did seriously nothing and got a B. If you try a litlle bitty bit, unfortunatly like I didn't, you will get an A A A A A A A A A A AA A A AA A AA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Dr. Lewis is a great professor. She is always very friendly and willing to help with anything. She lets you know exactly what is expected of you and provides helpful comments to make your speeches better. She grades relatively easy and if you put a little effort into the speeches you'll have an easy A.
