Dr. Dick is such a nice guy and really intelligent. Having said that...he stretches out the main concepts and points to the point to where everyone falls asleep in class because you loose focus. He needs to learn to be able to better zero in the student and not get lost in random stories, examples, etc. Nice guy though, exams aren't too bad..but going to lecture is a waste of time...read the ppts..

Amazingly nice and intelligent professor. The large prolem with him and the course is he is long winded. He does nothing but use powerpoints and lecture from those. He lectures on and on and on and on and on....even the powepoints he makes are long winded. The worst part of the class were the exams. The exam questions would be two lines each with each answer option being two lines as well...it literally took too long to finish reading a question. I really got nothing out of the class just that he is a nice man and that he fails to teach successfully.

Dr. Dick is an excellent guy. I did not find the course interesting. It was kind of dry and there was no reason to attend class because all of his notes came from his powerpoint. Even though I received a C it is a pretty straight forward class. I am just not good at multiple choice tests.
