After day one I completely regretted signing on for this course. YOU MUST NOT TAKE THIS COURSE!!!
Bill Green is utterly boring, grades impossibly hard, and seems to delight in the destruction of happiness. Seriously, im a shell of a man because of him.

I absolutely hated this class. Professor Green is a nut job. He is more consumed with his plays that he directs and acts in than he is with his classes. He is very boring and hard to follow at times. I try my hardest not to go to sleep in class but he just puts me out. He grades papers hard. You have to do the reading if you want to pass the class. He gives reading quizes about every day. He does allow for a lot of extra credit though. Go to as many plays and literary readings as you can. I went to 5 total, 2 of which you are required to go to. The final is cake. You have to write an essay in class but he allows you to have an outline and highlight stuff in you book. Just write out the essay and memorize it the night before. I would probably never take another course with him as long as I could avoid it.

Mr. Green teaches internet classes from Morehead State. I had him for Human Rights in the US and Canada. While there are no "tests" in his class, there are six 800-900 word papers to write that require you to read about 100 or so (boring) pages for each paper.
If you suck at writing, do not take Dr. Green. I have never had problems with my writing, but he took points off for the smallest of arguable details. Thus I could never get over an A- (on a 4.3 scale). I can only imagine how badly the poor writers in the class did. Anyway, he's tougher than your average internet instructor, but you will learn a lot in the class. Since he teaches PoliSci electives, I would stick with a Murphy, Petersen, or Kiasatpour class.

Bill Green is the worst teacher I have ever had by a long shot. He tells you something to do, and thats it. It is like pulling teeth to actually UNDERSTAND what he really wants. 3 punctuational errors on a paper, and you automatically have a "B"
I would NOT recommend taking him AT ALL

this class blows. i dont know if it was the teacher or just the class, but it blows. not really to hard..just a pain in the a$$ and a waste of my time. the teacher will ramble on for the entire class period about nothing. one class he compared our research paper to preparing a thanksgiving meal for the entire hour and twenty minutes. a bunch of 2 page papers (500 words) and one longer research paper about 5-7 pages (1500-2000 words). final is a in class 500 word paper.have fun.

I have always gotten A's on every piece of english I have ever written, but he took my papers and tore them apart. I would turn them in, and he would give me very crass and undeserved comments on the papers. I would never take him.

This course was fairly difficult, I must admit. But Dr. Green is a good teacher. He is difficult to follow sometimes and a little on the goofy side. But he is a very understanding person and he is willing to help his students when they need it. He has his own distinct way of grading things and he really pushes you to do your best but thats what so great about him. I enjoyed sitting through his classes. Way to go Banjo Bill !!!

This guy is crazy. He laughs at his own jokes, makes you feel stupid, and has this goofy smile that drives you crazy... The class in general is boring. He spends an entire class period talking about a 2 page short story. He does offer extra credit and most likely it is necessary because he grades essays and tests very HARD....IT HAS TO BE HIS WAY EXACTLY but he doesn't explain what way that is...until its too late.

The class is not hard, but BORING!!! We would spend the entire class talking about NOTHING AT ALL; it was such a waste of my life. I would do anything in my power to take another teacher if I were you. If you do get stuck in this class, then be prepared to talk about nothingness and write papers that will be torn apart. Fortunately, there are several journal entries you can write and those are an easy 10 points.

This wasn't my favorite class, but it was extremely easy. Read the assignments, and you're completely set. Everyone says you have to go to the plays to make a passing grade- I never went to one, and I did a half-ass job the whole semester- and I came out w/ a B. The only thing to really try on is the essays. The last one is optional. I slept a lot during his class, b/c he put me to sleep, and b/c I have no interest in literature. He's got a very "interesting" sense of humor as well...

Mr. Green is not as bad as people make him out to be. He is kind of strange at time but i think it is b/c he really enjoys teaching this stuff. Im not going to lie the class was boring a lot of the time. You have to write four essays but he drops the lowest one. If you dont mind being bored half the time, this class isnt a very tough one. Just write the essay the way he wants and you will do fine.

Dr. Green was one of the worst teachers I have had here at WKU. He doesn't expain things very well at all and just expects you to know what he wants without ever telling you. There are no tests, just essays and he's a really hard grader. You'll turn in a draft for him to look over before he grades your final and he won't really make any suggestions, but when you turn in your final draft, he rips it apart and has all sorts of stuff to say that he should have told you earlier. He's not a mean guy, he just doesn't teach very well. I'd stay away from him if I were you!

Mr. Green is an extremely boring teacher. No one pays attention to him and its like he is just talking to himself. You can get extra credit by going to any plays. You don't have any tests, but you have homework from reading stories or poems every day. You have a few essays also. He will try to make you look stupid. He has a strange sense of humor and laughs at his own "jokes". It was the most miserable class I have ever experienced, but overall, it was fairly easy. Don't take it on Tues/Thurs. b/c the class drags on forever...Oh yeah, if you miss more than 6 classes, you fail.

This dude is off his rocker. The class is not that hard though. You only have to write 4 papers throughout the class. Sometimes you will have paragraphs due over things in the book but they are fairly easy. Do not bother having an opinion in this class because he likes to make students look like idiots. He is always right. He plays the banjo and guitar at coffee shops thoughout bowling green and the songs he writes are rediculas. He gives you extra credit if you go to plays and this helps out alot. If you can put up with his craziness the class is not that hard.

This guy is boring and a "no-it-all." However, he grades essays pretty fairly. There are only 5 or 6 essays, a presentation, and some daily grades. A little effort and the ability to stay awake in the most boring situations will get you an "A". He's really not that bad!

Dr. Green is the worst teacher that I have ever had! Everything that you say in class is NOT right! HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT in his opinion! I have never been treated so unfairly in any other class than I have been in this one! He chooses his favorites!! He is boring as hell!!! He says that your papers should be ready for publication or you will not get an A. I recommend that YOU NOT take this class!!! HE SUCKS!!!!

Dr. Green was really an interesting teacher. The subject matter may be a little difficult to understand, but he's always willing to explain. He also grades pretty easily, as long as you complete the assignments and try to understand them. The best thing is that there are no tests, just several papers and a presentation. The final was an essay written in class. I really liked this teacher.
