This woman is insane and has no business teaching. Her grading is very inconsistent and unfair. Yes, she is knowledgeable, but she is so impersonal that it is nearly impossible to gain anything from her classes. She makes you do several presentations, but falls asleep during them. Seriously. She then bases the grades on the bits and pieces that she caught in between her naps. This woman is so inconsiderate and rude. If you can avoid her, do. She will make you want to quit the major.

You guys should really take it easy on Brindle. She trys to prepare you for what the real world is like.Yeah, her classes are often boring, but very informative. She is a really intelligent lady and though her method of relaying the info is not always the best, her intentions are good. By the time you finish the program ( if you last) you will be thankful to have had Brindle as a teacher and a mentor to prepare you and guide you thru the profession. The class is only has hard as you make it. Hint: on her essay tests, BS as much as possible. The longer the answers the better-ALWAYS! Promise, someday you will appreciate all of the hard work that she made you do.

The one positive thing I can say about Dr. Brindle is that she gave lots of extra credit. If it hadn't been for all the extra credit, I have no doubt I would have gotten a D, or luckily a C. The class is 2 hours and 45 mintues long and each minute just creeps by. It is very boring and the tests and quizes are very difficult, probably because class is so boring its hard to stay awake. She even fell asleep during our presentations. When you ask a question, she makes you feel about the size of a pea. She just stares at you and doesn't really answer the question you asked. There are two tests, several quizes online that you can use your book and notes, one presentation of oral motor activities, and oral peripheral exams. Overall, the tests are by far the hardest, both worth 100 points each. If avoidable, I would not recomend Brindle.

Worse teacher ever!! This woman has no right to be in front of a class of students. She is not helpful, entirely too arrogant, and I would try to avoid her at all costs. She's enough to make you want to change majors!!

I can not stand this teaher! She is way too impressed with herself to be teaching. She is very smart and wants you to know it so she will let it be known especially on her tests. She grades unfairly and plays favorites. My only advice is to get on her good side but I only know of 2 people who have done that so good luck! She is enough to make you want to change your major. Dr. Brindle has no buisness being a teacher because of her lack in people skills. She teaches at a graduate level and only gives two tests. Two tests in anatomy!! Her grading is also very inconsistent. Stay away from this woman if you can!

Advice to those who will be taking this course:
- stay on her good side
- volunteer answers (but not too much because she doesn't like suck-ups)
- don't try to BS the test questions, you might as well leave them blank
Dr. Brindle is very intellegent and teaches this class almost at a graduate level. There isn't a lot of work involved. 3 take home essay tests, 2 in-class assignments, and 2 presentations
And WHATEVER you do, if you work with someone on the take home tests, don't write the same things, because she WILL catch you.
During the presentations, make sure that you stay within the time limit and stay on topic. Those are probably the most important tips I can give you.
