Additional Comments |
This course is one of the few CIS courses that offers much lecture, and Mr. Lindsey was generally very informative. He covers Publisher, Visio, and other sorts of office intergration. Though some projects might take some time, they were not very hard. My grades actually got better as the semester progressed. He uses discussion board, but he did not grade that very hard; you have to make four posts a week. I got a bad impression of Mr. Lindsey from some earlier dealings where he refused to let me in CIS 141. However, he proved to be rather nice and student friendly in a professional sort of way. His business training I guess. This goes with the CIS minor, but it is a good class even without it.
