Dr. Kim would be great if you are an Econ major. I do not recommend taking him if you are taking econ as an elective. He is very knowledgable of the content are, so much in fact he has a hard time relating to you if you don't understand the material. He goes very fast and sometimes get ahead of his self. His accent will take a little getting use to. Overall a very nice person and willing to help you if you do have trouble.
