Attendance is not required for this course. There are 2 tests, but she gives a review before hand where she tells you exactly what will be on the test. Although this class is INCREDIBLY boring, you rarely have to go. Make sure you do the small assignments, because they are easy and the points add up. This class is a lot of idiots telling their opinions, but it is an easy A.

The class is cake but she is so unorganized that it is hard to know how you're doing.
Class wasn't ever entirely boring because we talked about current events and the presidential election a lot but it got a little redundant.

This was an easy class as long as you show up. Its hard to come to class sometimes cause it fills like you do the same thing over and over again. You have to two paper, which are easy and one final projest at the end of the class. Make sure you do go to class though b/c she gives daily grades on random days.

Ms Skipworth is extremely nice, and her class is a lot of fun. She encourages critical thinking and has many class discussions on current events. I liked the fact that she taught us how to think for ourselves, she never gives her opinions on issues, she leaves that up to the students. I learned a lot in the class, and reccomend it to anyone.

Mrs. Skipworth is a great teacher. She encourages the discussion of political issues. Class attendence is required because you have group discussions that count as part of your grade. Although you have to come to class, believe me, you won't care to. It is fun and interesting.
