Additional Comments |
Dr. Haynes is a brilliant man who has extensive knowledge in his field. However, if you are looking for an easy A then forget it. His tests are very in depth and his final will have you studying for days. There is a research paper due in the latter half of the semester and if done very well it will raise your grade by a letter(or lower by a letter if done poorly like mine). In his TR classes I usually took 6-7 pages of notes. I found Haynes to be very easy to talk to and would suggest meeting with him to look over you paper. Also, check out the book U.S. History since 1865 college edition from the library. It will help in your studying immensly.
