This class is very easy, but at times can be extremely boring. The material is a lot of stuff you probably learned in a high school health class, it just goes more in depth. Although the book is supposed to be required, I never used mine. Mrs. Main uses powerpoint everyday for notes and you can print them directly off the internet instead of copying them down in class. She is a very nice woman and really cares about the well-being of her students.
