George is super laid-back, super cool, go to class, so easy, no notes, no tests, other university experience teachers require a textbook...not him, easy 2hrs.

Dr. George required work, but was laid-back. I believed I learned a lot from that class, and appreciated Dr. George's helpfulness and availability to us. What he required he expected and there were penalties for not doing the work, but he did not expect a lot so this was not strenuous or discouraging. I loved my teacher and am so glad I took the class - especially from him! The teaching was creative and the subjects exhausted everything an incoming freshman might need or want to know. Our ideas always counted.

YOu don't need the book for this class. I don't remember taking an exam in this class at all. You will be asked to do an in-class library quiz on line that will be the extent of the studying that you will do. One class assignment for the entire sememster that is truned into thte library and i think that was it. I would recommend taking this class, its an easy A if you got to class and you turn in your paper.

Study notes!!! Read in your BOOK. The more information you know about something the better your essay's will be graded. He does expect LOOONG essays. Great teacher makes you laugh. If you take George definately will you have fun and learn a lot. Take Him If you make all A's on the Tests' you do not have to take the Final. Expect Pop Quizzes over Trivial stuff.

Chris George is a great teacher and an all around nice guy. Probably one of the best freshman seminar teachers you can get. Whoever put the frown face is probably a person that didnt go to class, ever, thus getting a bad grade. If you go to class every day there is no reason why you shouldnt get anything lower than an A
