Dr. Kim is very helpful. He's from Korea and posesses a thick accent (like many of the teachers I've had) but does his best to help everyone. The material is hard. His tests are hard, but fair. I typically take 4-5 pages of notes per class (75 minutes). You can earn extra credit by missing less than 5 classes or typing papers. If you're a good student you should do fine. If you sleep through or don't pay attention to his class, you'll find it very difficult.
