Professor Cobb is very easy. There are hardly any notes and no required textbook. Some of our assignments were a little difficult and the Group Teach sounds scary but if you work with good people, it can be fun. We had one quiz that was practically as long as the midterm the next week, but it was almost the exact same, so I did well. The subject material does seem somewhat pointless bc I am not going to be an elementary school p.e. teacher, but it's a required class for Elem. Ed. majors so I recommend Cobb. She is very understanding, but places a high value on attendence.

This was such a fun class to take! Perfect attendance should be one of your greatest concerns for this class. While you still need to take notes and study for the exams, showing up for class is worth more than the final! Sometimes her notes in class can be confusing, but as long as you refer to your textbook and use it to clarify anything you might be confused about, you should be fine. For about half of your class time, you will be in a gym setting of some type acting like a kid again. The other half is spent taking notes and learning the text side of this course. You have to write a lesson plan (do your best-she grades this one hard!), and teach a lesson with a group in front of the class. You also have to come up with a piece of gym equipment made from at-home materials, but just be creative and you should be fine. This class was low-stress and a lot of fun. Ms. Cobb is such a nice lady!

Who really knows what Mary Cobb is thinking most of the time. Go to class, show effort, and attempt to study for the tests. Good luck with that, none of us could ever figure out what we were being tested over.

First thing, attendance is VERY important to mrs. cobb, don't miss class! It's worth twice as much as your final. The class is cool though you don't take too many notes and half the time you ar ein the gym pretending to be a kid and having gym. You learn a lot though. You have to write one lesson and teach one lesson. You also have to do an improvised equpiment project, which you should be creative and specific on. The final wasn't too bad. The only thing that made me mad was I thought I was going to make an A because I did well on everything, but she must have graded really tough on the final because I ended up with a B.

Mrs. Cobb is a crazy, crazy lady. She seems really out-there, but she is SO nice, you can't help but love her. This class was particularly easy. All you have to do is show up and participate. Toward the end of the semester, everybody has to group up and teach for one class session, but that wasn't too hard either. The tests are very simple, mostly stuff you should know just through common sense. She loves teaching and children, and she makes the class a lot of fun. I think she is the only one who teaches this class, but that's OK because she is such a great teacher.

You have! to come to class. It's a HUGE part of your grade. Mrs. Cobb is so sweet and makes a point to learn student's names and stuff. You have to give a couple presentations. The tests aren't too bad. She is a very good teacher and loves kids. Don't miss more than one or two classes and participate and you'll like the class. You do a lot of "activities" that are really fun and you get to be a kid again.
