is you have to take this class take davenport. he is really laid back and tries to make the class as exciting as possible. he is really young like 20's so he's pretty cool. there are two exams and one final that is 50 % cumulative and 50% of new material you just have to study your old exams for the final and four new chapters...

I really enjoyed this class, and Davenport was a great professor, one of my favorites actually. He just gets down to what you need to know and doesn't BS at all. Tests were real easy too. Definitely take this class.

Mr. Davenport is a great teacher. He is extremely lenient and we always get out of class early (he only teaches at night). We are there maybe an hour and a half. He makes the class really interesting by giving examples that we can relate to. He is definately the teacher to take for this class.

I found this class interesting and I learned a lot. I would recommend taking Prof. Davenport. He is a local attorney and made the class interesting. He added current events into the class discussions. He also uses humor in his teaching--a pretty funny guy. If you take good notes, you should do well in the class. There are three exams including the final. There are no other assignments. The exams are primarily multiple choice. There was one essay on the first exam and a few T/F and fill in the blank on the second exam. The second exam and final included bonus questions. There was an optional extra credit assignment; he assigned a case to read and write a summary about it.
