I would not recommend Prof. Phillips to anyone! all he does is lecture and never puts anything on the board for you to write. I taped the class, took notes, and Studied days before the test and I think I passed one! He is a good man and Very understanding, but teaching to him is just a job! He is an expert on Russia and that got real boring! Good luck if you have to take him!
