Ok here is a basic summary of the PS department.
Lasley: (A+) Great guy, very good personality. If you get a chance take Lasley. You will not find a man more willing to help you learn something that is easy for him. Never does Lasley make you feel inadequate or stupid. If your lucky you might get to see him outside of Grise with his children.
Yager: (A+) Kind, caring, and intelligent. No regrets taking him. This is the kind of professor you will remember and probably wish your kids could take when most professors have turned into people like Ardrey.
Murphy:(A) Very intelligent. A good guy to take classes from if you need them (not necessarily for fun).
Seitz: (A-) Political theory is a piece of cake and you leave feeling like you've learned a lot of history.
Petersen: (B +) Neutral, I learned a lot but his classes can be a hassle if you don't prepare. Easy A's and B's.
Masanaat: (B) Very nice and probably one of the best professors at WKU because he actually teaches and doesn't try to press his ideas on you. Extremely hard exams though!
Kang (C): Extremely hard courses. But an extremely intelligent man.
Ardrey:(F) She is a great professor if you are African American or a woman. She does not practice the equality that she preaches. Very hostile to republicans and other conservative thinking. Not an ounce of objectivity to this woman.
Kiasatpour: (F -) Manipulative, lying, always picking apart the American government, this is the worst type of professor. But his classes are easy to make A's if you can stand him. He's like one of those little monkeys with cymbals - wind him up and make him dance.
