Additional Comments |
Mrs. Kim's accent is very difficult to understand, but if you sit near the front, it isn't too bad. The content is the same stuff you've been learning since middle school (drinking, STD's, cancer, heart disease, etc...) so it isn't too hard. She does give extra credit if you haven't missed days, so try to get to class. There's other extra credit she offers throughout the semester for attending AA meetings or other such things. She is very nice, but has difficulty answering some questions, given her broken English. Overall, if you can focus, it shouldn't be too much of a problem; but be prepared to teach yourself a little bit. She did offer pre-test study sessions where she told you exactly what was on there--GO TO THESE!!
