She's undeniably intelligent, but she doesn't know how to relay that intelligence to the students. At least that was my assumption, since the tests seemed irrelevant to the lecture.
Though I've heard many similiar opinions on here, there are some people that enjoy her. She is cooperative in after-class hours. Godspeed if you take her, though.
