First I would like to say that I enjoyed her class mostly because of the way she helps you to understand the material by the way she explains and makes it personal. Plus she is funny, which doesn't hurt. Attendance is mandatory in the sense that she will give out information that will be on the exams in class and if you don't attend then you will miss the hints. Her essay exams follow the book pretty well and she looks for certain points to be made in the answers you give to the essays. If you read the questions well before you begin answering you shouldn't have a problem. Watch for her to stress certain information because that is a way she hints about things and if she mentions that she thinks it is important information and something you should know. The project paper is no big if you put some time into it and start from the beginning of class and she is willing to help with everything. Also she is great with email and replies very quickly!!!
