Additional Comments |
This class consists of 3 papers that you have to write. That's all, no BS homework, or notes. You have to study a case every night and then figure out why the Supreme Court decided why they did, then you must apply it to the 3 papers you write. The papers are hypothetical situations and this is where the knowledge of the cases comes in. Dr. Kang is a very intelligent and caring man, and was the most accessible teacher I had all semester. He does not act like a parent and make you finish your work in a matter of days, but he does, however, expect your best work. He's not big on deadlines, so you have plenty of time for each paper. There is no final, the third paper is considered the final. If you have patience and you're not just looking for a simple class to get by in, I reccomend this highly!
