Dr. Baker is a good professor in relating the material, but he makes his tests' extremely hard for the level of the class. He doesn't grade the material with the time that it deserves. He just looks at it and gets a "feel" for what it is, which isn't fair. If you aren't a great writer or one of his favorites, I might reccomend another teacher.
