This class is an easy A!! All you have to do is show up, he passes out the lecture notes and you do not need the book. You do one group project and one on your own, that is it. If you make a 98 or above, you don't have to take the final. The only way you will not make an A in this course is if you don't come to class. That is what gets people, you don't get any free days, he takes five points off for every time you miss. Most of the time you are out of there very early and he has got some GREAT stories. Easy to talk to, funny, and talks a lot. If you need your PE credit, take this and get your A.

Mr. Lewis is a nice guy! He is really not a professor he's a counseler and it is kind of obvious. He is a smart guy don't get me wrong. He has a lot of stories to share that makes the class a little less boring, but still it's really really boring. Some days it was aganizing. You really don't need the book ,but for the final a couple of things, you can only find in the book, but I am sure you can look it up some where else for example the internet. This class is only offered at 5PM which is not a good thing. Attendance does count!!! You also need to attend so that you can recieve the power points that he hands out. This is a slightly easy class. You actually do have to study though but not intensly. You also have to do a 30 minute group presentation. If you choose to go first you even get some extra credit. You also have to write two reaction papers and attend some kind of meeting for example NA, AA ,that's what you write the paper over! It's a good class just a little boring I think the time has something to do with the boredom.

First off, don't waste your money on a book...you most likely will not use it! He has the information on power point presentations and will give you handouts. I personally found this class a little boring, but its an easy A.

This was an easy course, as far as work goes. The only real negative part was that it was only offered at 5pm on Thursdays. Hell of a nice guy, seemed to really enjoy teaching, and he's not too hard on grading.
