Dr. Davis is not one of the great speakers at WKU, however she post notes online which makes it very easy to go back and review the information. Extra Credit is given for showing up to class, and all of the questions on the test come from the slides.

If it has been a few years since you've had spanish I would not take her. There is no English spoke in the classroom by you or her. I thought I could pick it back up but I did better starting out fresh with a whole new language. God Bless your soul if you have her and you aren't fresh out of high school!

this is a very easy course!! but she makes it difficult with useless information!! if u take her, u should do well if u read on your own and do the onekey on ur own!! don't bother to go to class! all the powerpoint is online and when she says to copy things on the board because it might be on a test, don't it won't be on there. it's very easy if u pass the mini quizzes on the onekey and u read the book. but not a great teacher, believe me i should have read the book rather than paying attention to her "teach."

Biology 120 lab should not be as difficult as Davis makes it. She does not explain the labs well and her mid-term and final are nearly impossible. The weekly quizzes aren't hard if you read the manual and do the online pre-lab. If you don't know how to do something, she will help you, but does not seem willing to.

She is awesome. One of the few American Spanish teachers at Western, which makes a huge difference. She is very understanding and will help you as much as she needs to. I would def. suggest taking her if you need a Spanish credit.

Davis really took the 'eek' out of economics. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get their general education social science requirement out of the way.

Don't let his quizzes fool you. They are very easy; however, his tests are challenging. You must study for his tests no matter how easy he seems because of the content of the tests. He is a great professor and he really enjoys his job. He has a great sense of humor as well.
