Additional Comments |
Very good class. Dr. K is a great professor; he IS opinionated, however. He is really easy to get along with and really funny. He is from Iran or something, but he doesn't have an eastern accent or anything. He's very cool and makes an effort to know each student's name, even though the class is big. His examples in class are hilarious.
As for reading, he assigns a textbook and another book, but you don't really HAVE to read them. There is a "thought paper" at the end of the semester in which you have to use both books, but for the tests he gives you a study guide and you can just look up the answers. He also uses PowerPoint in class and posts all slides on Blackboard.
I would highly recommend this class. You can get an A if you pay attention and take pretty good notes.
