Dr. Lasley is a gee golly good guy. He always has a smile (or smirk, many have tried to figure it out) and seems to back himself into corners with those funny little things he says. The problem with Dr. Lasley is that the notes you take are almost worthless. He will give many notes but a couple of days before the exam he will give you a list of topics from the notes to "focus on." So, I never could figure out what to "focus on" up until a few days before the exams. Only a few of his test questions come from the in class notes. But if you study the course book's online quizzes you can almost certainly pass. It seemed as though that is where most of the test came from. So, don't purchase the book just go to the books web site and study it well.
