Dr phillips was my second try at western civ and it was much easier. He doesnt like his job doesnt see to like students and isnt terribly helpful, but if you go in there take your notes and do the tests youll do fine. Not an interactive class at all but a class you have to have might as well get through it. Hes not a hard or a bad teacher but not one you really get a chance to know. God bless
