Overall the class is very easy but the teacher is horrible. Somewhat hard to understand him and doesn't use blackboard to put grades in but uses an excel sheet and doesn't keep the grades right. Make sure you look at grades because he will try to screw you over if your not checking them. If you go to his office to look for your paper he is not organized and will mix up the classes that he has. He laughs at class when nothing is funny and make sure when he tells you something to listen cause he changes his mind all the time. Don't take him as a teacher

His grading is not appreciated. He gives you 9/10 at best, which is ridiculous. He should be giving 10/10 but there were only 2 people that got 10/10 once in the semester. I had to take him.

The class should be an easy A, however; Rahim does an excellent job in making you miss an assignment or overall confuse his classroom. You have to turn in several self-assessment quizzes( sounds easy) but Rahim asks for them at random moments throughout the semester and never gives you a heads up. He is very confusing and doesn’t try to work with his students.

Rahim is the WORST teacher I have ever had. I got an A but I had to constantly correct him when gave me zero's on assignments he told me I didn't turn in, but in fact I did turn in. When he rechecked his records, he realized that he made a mistake (this happened almost every class period). The class really isn't hard but Rahim is very irritating. He pretty much grades your assignments by the roll of a dice. Take someone else if at all possible.

This guy is a horrible teacher. He is Indian so it is very hard to understand him. His tests are 10 questions and they are really hard. Most people are lucky to get a 4/10. He uses a lecture outline but he is very scattered and doesn't stay on course. He does not use the book but you have to have it. He also creates different names for terms that are found in the book. BAD TEACHER!!! Take someone else, trust me!!!

I couldn't STAND this class because the majority of the class you had no idea what he was talking about and he is hard to understand anyways. It's not that the class was hard it's just you had no idea what or when anything was due. I hated it! I recommend you take someone else!

I enjoyed the class. While it was painful to listen to Rahim blather about nothing everyday, it was fullly worth considering you recieve 5 extra points for perfect attendance. The class is made up of about 200 points. Participation is around 15 points which is roughly around 8 percent of your grade. For participation you have to say something relevant with the topics he is covering or something that happened in the news that week. When you do he gives a card. Each card is worht a point. A little FYI, if you have the book just look for examples it. If you dont have one simple say Toyota or Wal-Mart and he will probably give you a card. The assignments are incredibly easy to do and the self essments are as well.
There are 4 tests that have approximate 10 m/c questions in them. The final exam is cumulative and is 25 mc. The final exam is a joke because it has repeated question from old tests. The way to do well on the final is simply write the questions and answers down after you take the test. This worked for me and got an A.
I did find the class somewhat enjoyable and easy.

I see several poor ratings for this course, but this is by far the easiest class that I have ever taken. I took this class as a May term and never studied. The tests are a breeze and there are a few assignments that are easy. There is a group paper that you must write, but each person in the group must only write like 2 pages. If you go to class each day, you get a bunch of bonus points. If you miss one class he starts deducting points. Moral of the story make sure you go to class. Also you must participate in class and he notes if you participate. One day I paid no attention whatsoever and said the word "sumbrero" randomly as a comment just to see if he would give me participation credit for the day and he did. If you fail this class or make below a B you are RETARDED!!!!

Very smart professor but very ineffective teacher. Class is not really difficult to pass but there is no instruction or feedback on assignments - which makes an "A" difficult. If he screws something up he will not fix it and then blame you for not finding his mistake sooner. Dr. Rahim's class is boring and chaotic, take Droege instead.

I thought Dr. Rahim was great. He gives you an outline of all the notes at the beginning of the year and all the questions for the tests come from the outline. As long as you show up most of the time and turn in the homework this is an easy class.

Ok. this class is a joke. Ransdell would be amazed if he sat in for a class. Rahim shouldnt be teaching. He will change assignment dates so many times that your bound to miss one. I learned nothing in this class. It was a waste of my tuesday and thursday mornings. If you go every day, then you'll pass with an A or B probably but there are so many little assignments that are pointless it discourages you from going through with your mgt degree. When Ransdell finds out how this class goes, he'll be pissed.

Wow. There really isn't any place to start with how bad this guy sucks at teaching. He rambles in nonsensical ways, he is the most unorganized person ever, he claims to teach conflict management but has no idea how to apply it, the list goes on! Serioulsy, if you are taking this class, drop it early. If you can avoid this guy, for your own sake, DO IT! I will never take a class with this guys again he sucked so bad.

This course is required for all business majors I believe. I'm a econ major in my final semester and have my job waiting for me 2 days after graduation. My overall GPA is above a 3.0 so I basically didn't give a shit what I got as long as I passed...and boy did I barely pass. I ended up with about a 63% which was fine with me. The only reason I did so bad in this very simple class was because of all the days I skipped class. You are allowed 2 absenses without a penalty....after 2 your grade will suffer severely. I believe I would have easily gotten a B had I attended every day. He had a talk with me asking why I was doing so bad in the class and I told him I just want to pass and don't care much about making a B or A or even a C as long as I dont have to set foot in that room again. He's not a bad teacher at all, he's probably the easiest one there is for this class but if you value your grade (unlike me) then attend regularly!!!!

Dr. Rahim really gets tickled about the jokes he makes that are just not funny. He gives you all the notes you will need on Blackboard and you just have to print them off. He gives a mini test after you cover two chapters. There are only ten multiple choice questions. Very easy. He puts the test on the overhead, and you answer via scantron. He kind of kills you with questionaires. This class is very easy. There is a six page group project that is cake. Attendance is mandatory and takes off if you dont attend class. I never even got anything out, I just sit there and listened and you can get a good grade. He gives all kinds of bonus. Each time you talk in class you get one bonus point... He is always up to date on grades also.

Dr. Rahim is a very smart man, but he doesn't relate this very well. I have had him for three courses and probably haven't learned anything. However, if you want an easy, non-demanding class--this is it.

This class is soooo boring...his english is poor, and he rambles on about random topics (none of which are important to the class). There really are no notes, just that lame lecture outline. The worst part is the attendance...if you have a hard time going to boring classes....don't take this course. I got great grades on the tests and the research paper and he gave me a D because I didn't attend class regularly!!!

The class was not hard at all it was just the Mr. Rahim is the biggest jerk. He thinks women are incapable of doing anything. He can't be wrong and he will let you know that on several occasions. So if you are a female take anybody else.

If you speak English, then don't take this man! He is extremley boring and he keeps you the whole time. His tests are pretty easy, but you must teach yourself all the material.
You will want to burn the lecture outline he gives you!

Dr. Rahim was a very boring teacher. He always thought that he was right and could never be wrong. I slept through his class every day and still made a B. He gives you 5 extra credit points for having perfect attendance. You will have to do a group paper which he doesn't read. He justs makes sure that you used the journals and that you have them cited right. If you want to actually learn something, don't take him.
