This is a course that you really have to study for... the exams are definitely "applying" exams. For examlpe you will learn and study definitions in class but the exams you will have to know how to apply them... Dillard knows what he is doing, it is just hard to follow... there are no opportunities for extra credit so if you mess up on ONE exam... you're basically screwed because the tests only get harder and harder...
