This class is manageable. Arsneault isn't too difficult, and will work with you. She also has a pretty good sense of humor. Only complaint I have is that she is so left wing she lets get in the way of her teaching a lot.

One of the few people in the government department who seems to have a solid basis in reality, Dr. Arsenault is genuinely cool. Pay attention to the math parts in this class though or you could get lost in a hurry. She's ultra-helpful though. The grade is 4 tests, a project, a few homework grades and the final (which only counts 10%). I would recommend Dr. A.

This is a boring subject that would be absolutley awful to take from any other professor but Dr. Arsenault make it interesting and she has a great sense of humor. I wouldn't reccomend this class to anyone outside of the major but I would reccomend Dr. Arsenault to anyone.

Watch out for the articles she assigns at the beginnnig of the semester. There are five articles with different topic areas we cover in class. Do them ahead of time or spread them out because it sucks to have to do one the night before every class. The multiple choice on the exams are confusing, so focus as much attention as you can on those. Essays usually consisted of major themes we studied in class and are fairly obvious if you know the material.

Very nice lady who will help you out if need be. Material is sometimes dry, but Dr.A is young and vibrant and her teaching style reflects that. Recommended.
