He knows his stuff, but he is very strange. He allows students to work together on outside assignments, but then accused a few of cheating, knowing that other people worked together as well. He says one thing and then does another. Stated that you could turn work in via e-mail, then gave zeroes for said work. Decent teacher, but he is not very consistant with his methods.
