He is a lawyer, and for some reason was asked to teach this course. The problem is that you are expected to be in class and on time, but the rules do not apply to him. He was absent EIGHT times and tardy at least three times, 30 minutes late. The notes that he gives are breif and scattered, which are very hard to follow. He uses terms that only he is familiar with. To do well in this class you must read and reread the cases in the book. Come to class, but maybe you will be better off if you don't confuse yourself by listening to what he has to say. Good luck!
