Dr. Yager is a very sincere person. He is highly intelligent. I took this class as my second Govt class and was able to really learn a lot. His tests are identification of terms, 2 short essays and 1 long essay (but you have a choice on what to write about). He grades everything easy. You have a presentation with a group, nothing to worry about, its not hard. His lectures are a little hard to organize in you notes, but you can get the hang of it. You will really learn a lot. I highly recommend him.
