I don't know if she'll be teaching this course again but if she is you should definitely consider taking her. She recognizes the fact that freshmen seminar is a pointless course so she tries to make it interesting. We read a book about mad cow disease, took a few simple quizzes, and wrote a few essays. It was very interesting and the only final was a presentation (you could read straight from your essay if you chose). It was an easy A!
