This teacher has a very strong accent and it is very hard to understand him and he has a hard time understanding the student as well. You may have the right answer but he will mark it wrong because he doesn't understand what you wrote. His notes are really hard to understand and when he gives formulas he doesn't explain them and it's totally different from the book.
