I have been in school for a while, and Chef Bobby is by far the worst "teacher" I have ever had. I really wouldnt even classify him as a teacher, Just some irritating little pervert I have to go see every week. His notes are absolutly worthless. When he speaks, he mumbles and stops mid sentence and changes topics. Then if you ask a question all he says is, "its in the book." Why in the hell is this guy still teaching here? If I wanted to learn from a book, I would just go check it out from the library. And it wouldnt cost me as much. As for his tests, they are too long and too tedious. They cover half the book, but only the most mundane idiotic topics from those chapters. This man has no business teaching here, and I will be happy as a pig in slop when he is gone. Hasta La Vista!

Chef Bobby is very difficult to understand! He does not like to answer his students questions in class. He continually sends us to the library where he places his class notes. In a perfect world, this would be a great thing, but when do I have the time or money to spend hours in the library studying and making copies of his poorly written notes. If he doesn't want to "teach" (you know answering questions, and giving students coherent info in order to learn) then he should not be a "teacher"!!!!

If you can get past his accent, then this class can be enjoyable. Although he does give notes in class, he also gives a study guide with the exact questions from the test. You can just study the guide, show up for the labs, maybe do some extra credit and easily get an A. Chef Bobby's just a lonely, misunderstood man. For some reason the guys in my class didn't like him and thought he showed favoritism to the ladies. I worked for my grade, they didn't. There's the difference.

Chef Bobby makes this course very difficult. You take excess amounts of notes. Class seems to go on forever. His test are horrible, due to the wording of questions. He also gets very upset when his students don't do well on the test. Has difficulty communicating with student and Americans in general.
