Dr. Leeper was an excellent teacher who made classes fun. He didn't require attendance, but he gave you incentives for coming like giving you assignments in class, but nothing he ever assigns is very difficult. I would recommend him for any class

Dr. Leeper was one of the best teachers I had my whole college career. He was always willing to help his students and really took an interest in you.
