Chelf is a very smart man. he's one of the smartest teachers i've had. but when he lectures he doesn't really specify what you need to write down in your notes for the test. he doesn't repeat anything unless you ask, either. his tests are brutal too. i studied for 8 hours straight for one of his tests and over half of what i studied wasn't even on the test (another example of how hard it is to take notes in his class). he also makes you write 4 papers during the course and grades them extremely hard.

This class was ok. I learned a lot, but it was quite boring. He is a good teacher and at times can be funny. His tests were ok, as well as the papers you had to write. His final was what was so terrible.

A lot like National Govt class but still interesting. Dr. Chelf is really nice and fun too.
