Mrs. Brown is one of the most wonderful people GOD has ever blessed me with in life. It is not often in college (because of the quantity of students professor deal with) that you will find someone that is not only "nice" and a good teacher, but that you can also call a friend. She is so caring and recognizes that sometimes things happen in your life that don't have to do with school, and she does her best to work with you in those situations and do all she can. She gives you an outline of notes and then lectures during class. I thought this kept everyone's notes very organized and helped a great deal. I read the chapters as well...there are some things she will just give a text page for so she doesn't have to keep you the whole class session. I could go on and on...honestly. She is wonderful and I enjoyed the class thoroughly...and would recommend it to anyone.

Ms. Brown was a great teacher, one of the best I've had so far at Western. Sometimes the notes where long winded but you only need to study the notes. I bought the book but didn't need to use it because the notes contained all the information needed.
