A nice old man but very unresonable. YOu aren't allowed a single absence, even if your sick with a doctor's note. The grading on the projects is really hard, you have to really practice during your lab times and he doesn't really care that some people do/or dont have a natural talent for radio. Ask alot of questions during the final project b/c your graded on your paricipation. For the final project, which determines your ENTIRE grade, write out everything you want to say, down to the last word.. fail every project and get an a on the final project and you have an a in the class.. reallly hard

Weslowski is totally a werid man, but I have to say I did learn a lot. His grading system sucks turtle toes for sure. He comapres you to real big wig stations for a good reason so you will work hard and do your best because media is a competitive field. He has you do a lot of little projects that you start off doing on your own and work your way up to doing them live or in front of the class. But they are not worth a lot of points and your final project determines your grade. Attendace does count, believe me and if you aren't there 3% will be taken off for every missed class and if you are late he takes off 1-2%. So be there and be nice because if he likes you then you do better. And play oldies music if you have to pick music to play because that is what he likes! Don't forget to go to your lab time every week too, it may be a radio class and you may find it easy but that counts too!!! Just work hard and go to class and stay positive and you will pass. :)

Okay, for every class you miss, 3% is deducted from your grade unless you give him the obituary for the funeral you attended. There are 2 exams, each worth 5% each. What will kill you in this class is the final project, worth 50% of your grade. Although it may not calculate correctly, whatever you get on your project is your grade for the class. His favorite letter to give is a D. The final project is a 23 minute radio broadcast, that's you and the mic alone for 23 minutes while he and the class listen in another room and evaluate you. He gives at best, one A and fails at least 1 person regardless. Need I say more?

The man is on something other than caffeine. He is a smart@$$ and is stuck on himself. He needs to retire with the quickness..... or get fired one. And he got with a student in his office doing what he wasn't supposed to be doing. That is just if you are wondering why he is not the department head. I prefer BART WHITE.... Bart, Bart... He's our man... If he can't do it then no one can.

He is a nice man, but he expects a lot. Just be prepared to attend class and work hard and you will do fine. He demands your best efforts. Slackers will find this course challenging.

He grades on a bell curve. The major project is 65% of the grade. The class must rate each other on a scale with one project being the best and one being the worst, and everyone else in the middle. Let him retire before you take this class!
